Update 1/28/21

Added some gameplay mechanics to engage players more, including: 

• Several player animations (idle, walking, hurt), as well as accompanying sounds
• New Mechanic: Pickups!
  • This Health pickup restores one of your health points, and your starting health of 3 at the beginning of the round isn't a cap, so these pickups stack overtime. Currently, there's only one pickup available, but expect more in the future
• New High Score tab that persists between executions; try and break 100 in a round!
